Using false accusations to get rid of Ministers - Shawn Addis I have a wonderfully saved cousin who used to be a minister in the Restoration. Three years prior to him leaving the Restoration he had been falsly accused by his mother in law of making sexual advancements toward her. The cult leader Mr. Danny Layne investigated the allagations and cleared my cousin of any wrong doing concerning this. Then his mother in law wrote a letter of apollogy stating that she was not in her right mind when the supposed sexual advancments took place. Danny forgave her and met her at the airport with flowers. So three years goes by and all is fogotten about this right! WRONG Another breach of confidence occurs when Ray Tiensman starts bragging to My cousin that a minister in Washington state was going to be sat down for preaching a message against focusing to much on the outward dress.This kind of message is a big no no with Danny. You dont dare say anything about the sacred "Clothing Cow". Anyways I found out later there was also a power struggle going on between Mr Layne and the minister, "Ron Walter", who Ray said Danny was going to set down. My cousin found out some of the layity knew about Danny going to set this minister down and this upset my cousin as this should have been kept confidential amongst the ministry only. My cousin called the minister who Danny was going to set down and told him of Dannys intentions. Soon after an emergency ministers meeting was called. Three of ministers decided to take the opportunity to admonish Danny for his bad judgments and harsh ways he was using on people. Danny would have none of it. Instead he belittled and ridiculed the three ministers. They got nowhere the first day, so they ended the meeting and said they would all meet the next day. The lord told all three ministers separatly to leave the Restoration before the next day. A congregational emergency meeting was called in what was my home congregation in Huber Heights, Ohio. Ray got up and announced that some ministers had left. Then he procceded to tell the group (all the young children were present too!), that My cousin had made sexual advancements toward his mother in law ?????????? Hello! Hello! Hello! The whole room went into a crying frenzy and many had near if not nervous breakdowns. In other words Danny was trying to survive so he came out with the only straw he could grab about one of these three men. "Danno! the Great", had found the sin in the camp that had caused the whole mess??? A false accusation told three years prior that he himself had cleared my cousin of, and the accuser had written an appolagy letter, that had cleared up the matter. Well Dannys, "Re-Accusation", had the desired effect on his group, it painted my cousin to look like an unclean pervert, and made Danny look like a genious. This "Mr. presentandaccountedfor", is what your in for if you join this group. Oh one more thing. What is left of Dannys conscience got to bothering him, so he came out with a concise legelistic explaination concerning the filthy slander of my cousin. It went like this. "Donny didnt mean to make a sexual advancement on his mother in law. But by rubbing a womans back and feet (My cousin was trying to calm her while she was having heart problems), this constitutes sexual advancement in itself.", yet he himself cleared my cousin to preach for three years after this false accusation. Also has he not read about the woman who washed the lords feet with her hair? The Lord did not tell her not to do this, that it was some sort of "Sexual Harassment".
