Alleged Theft of Company Documents and Business Secrets

We have met with and been told by a reliable source that a group of men in the Church of God Restoration Congregation in Aylmer Ontario, allegedly used unethical methods to obtain documents and blueprints from a competitor, and had some of their people working on the inside for this competitor. Later these employees moved over to the new company, and have basically put the first company out of Business, after taking the information they needed to succeed.

When these employees, working for the first company, would deliver the products to the customers, they allegedly would give the customers of the first business, the business cards from the new business, all behind the backs of the owner of the company they were working for.

Is this what Christian Business people do? Is this how CoGR Saints in business operate?

One of the owners, has bragged in a letter to the Restoration Exposed how he was the owner of a Multi-Million Dollar company, somehow trying to impress us with his intelligence. Like he owned the whole thing himself, but we seem to think it is only owned partially by him, that there are several investors, and he only has a share of the company.


Ok, lets put the record straight, this is not how the Christian builds a business. If you have to steal, the documents, proprietary information, or intelligence, and have to go behind the current owners back in order to start your new business. You are starting a crooked business that God cannot bless.

Early start of the Gospel Trumpet:

The Early start of what eventually became the Church of God Restoration, The Gospel Trumpet, under Danny Layne, was the actual stealing of the mailing list from the Faith and Victory Paper in Guthrie. Some how the list got compromised and allegedly the new group used this to send out Gospel Trumpets to all the mailing list of the Faith and Victory paper put out by Faith Publishing House. On these types of foundations is what this group is built upon. And when you have a record like that, how can God ever put his blessing on what you are doing?

These people somehow can go right on over the facts, and ignore ethical practices, and assume they are of God, because they are successful, and have gain. Is gain Godliness? Is this how we measure the presents of God in our life?

In my book if you intend to start your own company, you go to your boss, and let him know. You put in your notice. When you leave you do not take any information with you without his permission. For sure he is not going to give you his customer list. You go out and find a job at another company who is not one of your former employers customers, and you start in making a reputation for yourself. You build your business from the ground up. You do your own marketing. You develop your own intellectual property and trade secrets. And when companies see what you offer, you can give them a competitive bid.

Apparently these men did this another way. The unethical way. Where you cheat your way into business.


If these allegations are true, then the Church of God Restoration may have some restitution to make, for having taken the Business of another man, by cheating him.

We are going to try and contact this Business owner and see what his thoughts are on this matter. See what he thinks of the stellar performance of the Church of God Restorations Business Savy Personal. Are they innocent regarding these allegations.
